Zelensky: Russia must feel the consequences of what they are doing against Ukraine.

Increase in national arms production

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced a meeting with the military leadership, where it was declared that the production of domestic weapons would be strengthened. Plans of action and readiness for possible measures were discussed with the involvement of leading figures from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“This means increasing our production – our drones, our missiles. I am grateful to everyone who is working for this purpose,”

Zelensky noted. Hundreds of Ukrainian companies are already meeting military needs, and plans are in place to engage even more enterprises in this process.

European investments in domestic production

Ukraine is also preparing new contracts with European partners to support domestic arms production. The main focus will be on the production of unmanned and long-range weaponry. Zelensky emphasized the need to respond to Russian threats so that the Russian Federation feels the consequences of its actions against Ukraine.

Strike drones, missiles, interceptors, and other types of weapons are planned to become key elements of Ukrainian defense production. This will contribute to strengthening the country's defense capabilities.

The meeting also covered economic issues concerning the creation of new enterprises and attracting investments for the development of the domestic economy.
