Every day at 9 AM, Ukrainians honor the memory of all those whose lives were taken by the Russian-Ukrainian war. Today, let's remember Oleksandr Savchuk.
On September 8, 2024, bravely fulfilling his military duty, in the area of one of the populated localities in the Kursk region, Ukrainian defender Oleksandr Savchuk died. This was reported by the Sokyriany City Council.
Oleksandr Savchuk was born on August 1, 2000. He actively engaged in sports and dreamed of becoming a soldier since childhood. Sashko received his general secondary education at the Sokyriany City General Education School No. 1. After seventh grade, he decided to study at the Bukovynian Military Lyceum in Novodniestrovsk.
On the front, the hero was the chief sergeant of an artillery battalion. He underwent training in Germany at one Time. Oleksandr Savchuk's treasury includes numerous military awards and distinctions.

The Ukrainian defender is survived by his mother Valentyna Ivanivna, father Vyacheslav Mykolaiovych, grandmother Margarita Mykolayivna, other relatives, comrades, and friends.
