Ukrainians answered how long they will turn off the lights according to the schedules.


After Russia's massive attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure on August 26, scheduled power outage schedules were introduced in the country to stabilize the energy system.
This was reported by Deputy Minister of Energy Svitlana Hrynchuk during a telethon broadcast.
“Yesterday's attack is one of the most massive attacks specifically on energy. 127 missiles, 109 drones were launched by the enemy, many of them really inflicted significant damage on the energy system, significant damage”, - Hrynchuk noted.
According to her, “Ukrenergo” had to introduce emergency and unscheduled outage schedules to preserve the integrity of the system. The Deputy Minister added that on August 27, scheduled outage schedules will be in effect in Ukraine. Moreover, Hrynchuk noted, outages will continue until the energy system's operation is stabilized.
She also reported that damage assessment is currently being carried out on all facilities, and where possible, energy workers have started emergency restoration work.
“We are trying to do everything to bring equipment, facilities in order as soon as possible and stabilize the operation of the energy system”, - summarized the representative of the Ministry of Energy.
Recall, on the night of August 26, Russia attacked 15 regions of Ukraine with drones and “Kinzhal” missiles.
