In January, they won't pay: payouts for cashback have been postponed for Ukrainians.

Ukrainians have accumulated 436 million hryvnias through the 'National Cashback' program
The 'National Cashback' program set a record in December 2024, when Ukrainians accumulated 436 million hryvnias. This amount exceeds the November figure by 180 million. The money will be transferred to users' cards at the end of February. The program provides a 10% cashback on the amount spent on Ukrainian goods and services. The maximum monthly cashback is 3000 hryvnias.
The card can be used to pay for utilities, donations, military bonds, medical services, and education.
'Already 4.5 million Ukrainians are accumulating cashback from the state for purchasing Ukrainian products. You are the best incentive for the Ukrainian manufacturer,' they report in the Diia app.
For user convenience, special interactive maps of pharmacies and bookstores that accept the National Cashback card have been created. You can apply for the card directly in the Diia app from the home screen.
The program is implemented through the joint efforts of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the National Bank, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and the State Tax Service. Technological support is provided by international payment systems Mastercard and Visa, which act as operational partners of the project.
