The US to Present a Plan to End the War in Ukraine: Possible Key Points.

The US government is preparing a plan to end the war in Ukraine, which will be presented at an international conference in Munich. This was reported by the American publication Bloomberg, citing sources from official Washington.
According to the publication, the plan will be presented by Trump's special representative on Ukraine, Keith Kellogg. The speech will take place at the conference, which will be held from February 14-16 in Munich, on Friday marking three years since the war in Ukraine began.
Kellogg will discuss a plan to end the war, which is an objective necessity for peace in the region. The US representative wants to propose freezing the conflict and providing Ukraine with security guarantees to prevent further Russian attacks.
Kellogg also expressed America's desire to hold elections in Ukraine after the cessation of hostilities. President Trump hinted that cooperation with the US may be a condition for access to important minerals.
'I will meet with my allies in America who are ready to support our plan,' Kellogg wrote on his Twitter.
The US President has also threatened Russia with massive sanctions if it refuses dialogue.
Ukraine's main priority is NATO membership, although Kyiv understands that this may not happen in the near future. President Zelensky stated that Ukraine is ready to hold elections after the conflict ends and the state of war is lifted.
It should be noted that Trump's special representative, Keith Kellogg, has made a statement about holding presidential and parliamentary elections in Ukraine by 2025 on the condition of reaching a peace agreement with Russia. The US representative has also presented a plan that envisages ending the conflict within 100 days.
It is worth noting that Ukraine believes that elections are only possible after hostilities cease, as the state of war does not allow for the proper organization of voting and participation of all candidates.
