Russia has begun using less armored vehicles: ISW analysts named the reason.

Russian troops have changed tactics in eastern Ukraine
According to analysts from the Institute for the Study of War, in recent weeks, Russian troops have reduced the amount of armored vehicles used during attacks on active sections of the front line. The probable reasons for this are the depletion of Soviet-era armored vehicle supplies.
In particular, there has been a noticeable decrease in the use of armored vehicles in the Kurakhove direction following significant losses that Russian troops suffered in October and November of last year. They now use armored vehicles to support infantry rather than for assaults.
“Russian attacks near larger cities, such as Kurakhove and Pokrovsk, may be less favorable for mechanized assaults than smaller settlements and open fields. If Russian command does not want to withdraw units for recovery, it risks slowing down Russian advances in priority sectors of the front.”
It is also reported that Russian troops in eastern Ukraine are increasingly using electric scooters, motorcycles, and ATVs. This applies to their offensive in eastern Ukrainian territories.
The duration of the conflict in eastern Ukraine has already reached 1047 days, but Ukrainian defenders continue to vigorously repel enemy attacks.
In the last day, 149 combat engagements were recorded, during which Ukrainian defenders inflicted significant losses on the enemy.
