Ceasefire: Sibiga explained what '30-day ceasefire' means.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sibiga explained what the thirty-day ceasefire, which Ukraine agreed to during negotiations in Saudi Arabia, means.
Sibiga noted that Ukraine agreed to a thirty-day pause in hostilities as it could be the first step towards ending Russia's war against Ukraine. At the same Time, he emphasized that it is not about freezing the conflict.
The head of the Foreign Ministry stated that the joint statement with the USA indicates Ukraine's readiness for a fair conclusion of the war.
'The joint statement speaks of a temporary ceasefire for a limited period of 30 days, and only with Russia's agreement. The American side will negotiate with the Russians regarding their readiness to end the war. A temporary ceasefire does not mean a frozen conflict. It attempts to start a path towards a fair conclusion of the war. It also shows who is truly interested in peace,'
— he explained.
Sibiga also noted that the joint statement recorded the immediate resumption of intelligence exchanges and the provision of military assistance to Ukraine.
This also confirms a positive signal from the leaders of Ukraine and the USA regarding the agreement on mineral resources.
The minister added that this agreement is related to the long-term prosperity and security of Ukraine, which is the goal of the Ukrainian side.
It should be reminded that Trump commented on Ukraine's agreement to a ceasefire and the possibility of contacts with Zelensky and Putin.
