The Armed Forces will check for individuals with combat experience in territorial recruitment centers

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Oleksandr Syrskyi, believes that to improve the operation of territorial recruitment centers (TRC), military personnel with combat experience should be appointed. Those without such experience and with health issues will be assigned to serve in combat areas.

The aim of these measures is to enhance the functioning of TRCs and adhere to the principles of social justice. In recent years, there has been a replacement of TRC leaders, and currently about 70% of military personnel have combat experience.

More positions in TRCs are being assigned for social work, reforming the system of moral and psychological support, and improving the systems for accounting recruits and reservists.

Optimization of the guard companies of TRCs has been carried out, where soldiers with combat experience and injuries, as well as men over 50 years old from recently mobilized groups, were accepted into service.

These measures are aimed at supporting military personnel who have been injured or concussed at the front, to ensure their social support and restoration of social protection.
