Prices for buckwheat and butter have risen in Ukraine
According to the data from the Minfin portal, prices for buckwheat and butter have increased again in Ukraine. Despite the already high prices, their cost continues to rise.
Product prices continue to hit the pockets of Ukrainians. Despite the high cost, prices for certain products keep increasing. This Time, these increases concern popular groats and butter.
As of March 24, the price for buckwheat rose from 33.05 UAH/kg to 34.60 UAH/kg. It is worth noting that the price for buckwheat may vary significantly among different supermarkets. For example, in 'Auchan' it can be bought for 28.90 UAH/kg, while in 'MegaMarket' the price is 44.60 UAH/kg.
The price for 'Selyanske' butter with 72.5% fat content also increased - from 115.07 UAH to 117.25 UAH for 200 grams. However, the price for 'Yagotynske' 73% butter decreased - from 104.95 UAH to 99.45 UAH for 200 grams.
Meanwhile, the price for bacon from 'Ukrprompostach' decreased from 458.88 UAH/kg to 423.73 UAH/kg. The cheapest option is to buy it at 'MegaMarket' - for 375.50 UAH/kg, while the most expensive option is at 'Metro' - for 496.69 UAH/kg.
Recall that earlier, vegetable prices also rose sharply.
