Tenants risk losing electricity and paying hefty fines.


The company YASNO provides tips on how to avoid disconnection due to non-payment of electricity bills. Apartment tenants can manage their bills through the company’s personal cabinet, regardless of their place of residence. Usually, tenants pay the landlord or use the online cabinet for self-payment.
If the electricity bill is not paid, YASNO sends a warning by mail 10 days before disconnection. It is important that warnings are also sent to the apartment address. To avoid unpleasantness, it is advisable to keep contact information updated. If the money does not arrive, the electricity will be disconnected.
Tenants are offered two options. The first is to check and pay the bills independently. The second is to transfer money to the landlord and request a payment confirmation.
If the electricity is disconnected, it can be restored after full payment of the debt and an additional connection fee.
