Online tracking of summons. The Ministry of Defense reported on the development of a new feature.

The Ministry of Defense is considering the possibility of implementing tracking of summons in 'Reserve+'. The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Kateryna Chernohorenko, reported that this feature will allow tracking all stages of sending paper summons. The idea arose due to requests from citizens and companies who want to monitor the status of their summons in order to avoid investigative actions and misunderstandings.
There are situations when a summons arrives by mail, and a person is unaware of it. They might be in another city, on a business trip, or on vacation.
Currently, the Ministry of Defense is analyzing the risks, advantages, as well as possible difficulties and is seeking government support and relevant legislation for the implementation of this feature.
We are working on the regulatory component, carefully assessing all pros and cons, as well as identifying possible problems. If the government supports our initiative and the necessary legislation is adopted, we will be able to implement this feature quite quickly.
At present, the search for citizens who have violated military registration rules is conducted only if a person has not provided their data at the military registration office.
In general, if a person has not provided the relevant information, they are not searched for, at least at this moment. However, if they do not appear for the summons, they are included in the search, and a part of the summons remains at the military registration office.
Information about violators is transmitted to the police in certain cases, but a general list of such individuals is not compiled.
In Cherkasy, women who are subject to military service are handed summonses regarding their registration for military accounting. However, this is not a widespread practice; summonses are issued for the purpose of conscription.
If during checks of enterprises we see that there is a medical worker employed there, we issue orders with summonses for these people to appear at the office and be registered. The service for women is provided with their voluntary consent.
