The Head of the Ministry of Veterans reported on the progress of the National Military Cemetery construction.

The National Military Cemetery continues to be built after passing state expertise in June. This was reported by the Minister of Veterans Affairs Natalia Kalmykova.
According to her, the drainage system has already been laid, and the installation of drainage and roads is nearing completion. The minister also noted that they are currently waiting for dates for burials from the developer.
The minister did not specify any deadlines but emphasized that they are awaiting a response from the developer.
It is reminded that the State Institution 'National Military Memorial Cemetery' signed a contract for the construction of the National Military Memorial Cemetery. The project's cost is 1.75 billion UAH.
The founders of the consortium 'Building UA' are three enterprises: 'Euroelitbud', 'Akame', and PJSC 'Brovary Road Construction Management No. 50'. The beneficial owners of the consortium are Oleksandr Isayev and Natalia Poberezhets.
It is also known that the consortium has connections with the sanctioned businessman Vadym Yermolaiev. However, this did not prevent the State Institution from transferring 122.1 million UAH to the consortium for the construction of the cemetery.
