NYT: Russia Rejects Full Ceasefire from Trump.

President of Russia Vladimir Putin agreed to suspend strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure for 30 days during a phone conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump. The U.S. proposal for a complete ceasefire was rejected.
Putin stated that a necessary condition for ending the conflict is the cessation of external military and intelligence assistance to Kyiv. Ukraine has not yet responded to this statement, as it does not align with their proposal for a 30-day ceasefire.
Ukrainian officials accuse Putin of stalling to maintain influence and continue bombarding Ukrainian cities and towns.
Context
Earlier, Trump reported an agreement with Putin regarding the ceasefire concerning energy and infrastructure, with further work on a complete ceasefire. Initial steps for the peace process were agreed upon, including the cessation of strikes on energy and infrastructure.
