New stage of negotiations: HAMAS agreed on a list of 34 hostages for exchange.

HAMAS agreed to release 34 Israeli hostages
The HAMAS group has agreed to release 34 Israeli hostages as part of a ceasefire agreement. This was reported by a representative of HAMAS to Reuters.
'The Palestinian militant group HAMAS approved the list of 34 hostages proposed by Israel for a possible exchange as part of a ceasefire agreement,' the group's representative stated.
The representative, who spoke on the condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of the issue, also confirmed that any agreement depends on reaching an understanding on the withdrawal of Israeli troops from Gaza and a complete cessation of hostilities.
It should be noted that the military conflict between Israel and HAMAS intensified on October 7, 2023, when militants from the Palestinian movement HAMAS launched a large-scale attack on Israeli territory. As a result of the attack, more than 1200 Israelis were killed, the majority of whom were civilians, and about 240 hostages were taken.
