Ungrateful: a survey showed Poles' attitude towards Ukrainian refugees.

In Poland, there is a desire for greater gratitude from Ukrainians who have relocated to the country since the beginning of the war. According to a study by the organization More in Common, most Poles believe that Ukrainians do not express enough gratitude for the support provided. The survey results show that 62% of Poles believe that Ukraine does not show sufficient gratitude to Poland for the assistance. However, 65% of Poles support linking Ukraine's support to continued aid in Europe, even if the U.S. stops its support. Only 45% of respondents believe that halting support for Ukraine would negatively affect Poland's international standing. Poles also view Ukraine as a strategic buffer that protects them from possible Russian aggression.
It was previously reported how Ukrainians made a significant contribution to Poland's budget by several billion dollars.
