President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine's weapons production capabilities are utilized at only 60% due to insufficient funding. He reported this during a briefing. Zelensky expressed gratitude to Denmark, Norway, and Sweden for funding the program to supply the Ukrainian army with drones. He also hopes for Germany's assistance in air defense and other important areas.

“We see determination in Germany's words. We hope for assistance in air defense and other matters, I won’t mention everything now,” said Zelensky.

According to the President, frontline units of Ukraine have enough ammunition. Ukraine is actively increasing ammunition production, allowing effective resistance against Russian aggression.

“The Russians are running around like mad,” the president noted.

It is worth noting that the soft reaction of the US presidential administration continues the current US policy. They believe that this way they will achieve peace. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky when asked to comment on the US president's reaction to the Russian shelling of the city of Sumy. He emphasized that several strikes hit the city center, with the rocket payload being shrapnel, aimed at destroying the maximum number of personnel.

Also, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported on the successful defense of Ukrainian forces during a large-scale offensive by Russian forces on Pokrovsk. He noted that thanks to the coordinated work of the 14th and 117th brigades, 115 units of enemy equipment were completely destroyed, 200 Russian soldiers were eliminated, and another 300 were wounded.
