Vadym Sukharevskyi, the commander of the UAV Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, called on Ukrainians to support the Ukrainian game Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, which he considers the best in the world. He did this by launching a video on Twitter.

«Stalker was the first computer game I opened in my life. This game inspired many thoughts in my military career», - said Sukharevskyi.
The voting for The Steam Awards 2024 is taking place on the Steam platform. The game Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is competing in three categories:
- Outstanding storyline.
- Most innovative gameplay.
- Game of the Year.

Recall that on November 20, the long-awaited game Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl was released. The action of the game takes place in the Chernobyl zone. After the second catastrophe, more anomalies, mutants, and mysterious phenomena appeared. Players can choose their path, determining the game's ending. Completing the main storyline takes over 35 hours.
Earlier, internet providers in Ukraine reported temporary connectivity issues due to the high demand for the game Stalker 2, which overloaded the networks of some operators.
Stalker 2 has become one of the best-selling games in the world. After its official release, it received praise from players and critics and entered the top sales on the Steam platform.
During a session of the Verkhovna Rada, Members of Parliament congratulated the developers of the game Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Many Ukrainian politicians expressed their support for the game before its release, including Mykhailo Fedorov, head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and Andrii Yermak, head of the President's Office.
