Exit poll by Edison Research showed that the opposition won the elections in Georgia.

The opposition forecasts victory in the parliamentary elections in Georgia
The American sociological company Edison Research, which conducts exit polls for the largest media consortiums in the USA, forecasts the victory of the opposition in the parliamentary elections in Georgia. According to their data, opposition forces receive 51.9% of the votes, while the ruling party "Georgian Dream" – 40.9%.
The results of the exit poll were released after the polling stations closed at 20:00 Georgian Time, reports the portal SOVA, citing the Formula television company.
The Edison Research study, trusted for its accuracy in forecasting elections in the USA and other countries, was conducted throughout the territory of Georgia, excluding the occupied territories. 14,946 voters participated in the survey, and the margin of error can be +/-2.5%.
Regardless, the local sociological center Gorby, which conducted surveys ordered by the pro-government channel "Imedi", has opposite results. According to their data, "Georgian Dream" received 56.1% of the votes, "Coalition for Change" – 12.6%, the "Unity" bloc – 11.6%, "Strong Georgia" – 7%.
Participants in the voting are outraged by a number of incidents, in particular, the closure of one of the polling stations and the annulment of results due to a confirmed ballot-stuffing incident.
Recall that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine condemned the use of photos of destruction in Ukraine in pre-election campaigning in Georgia.
