Ukrainian citizens were informed about how those trying to illegally escape abroad will be punished.
Military lawyer Taras Borovsky shared this information during the TV program 'Morning.LIVE' on Friday, March 7.
According to him, dodgers who attempt to escape abroad are often immediately handed over to the territorial recruitment center.
Those who flee from the TCK most actively go there 'without queue', - said Borovsky.
He also noted that individuals who illegally cross the border on their own may face an administrative fine according to the law.
But in practice, everything is different: border guards detain violators, impose fines, and hand them over to the police or TCK.
It was previously reported how many thousands of dodgers were delivered to the TCK last year.
