The United States believes that the Victory Plan presented by Ukraine contains genuinely productive steps. This was stated by US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller.
"We received this plan, read it, and we see that it contains many productive steps," said a representative of the US foreign policy department.
Matthew Miller noted that Ukraine has not yet publicly disclosed the details of the plan, so the US is refraining from comments.
He also noted that the Victory Plan is not limited to the steps Ukraine will take. It also includes measures that other countries will adopt.
"We will be communicating with the Ukrainian side regarding this plan," added Matthew Miller.
